...and the learning continues

I'd never intended to take DCE follow ups. But i guess with a Guru in your life, life becomes more unplanned and unpredictable :)

Took the IInd follow up at DCE this Monday. It turned out to be REALLY good! The grace and tranquility was palpable. The long Sudarshan Kriya, no doubt, is meditative and this time the good vibrations added a unique flavor of serenity. Even though I was taking it as teacher , slipping into meditation was effortless:)

After kriya when everyone opened their eyes, all were spaced out including me! Nothing to say for a while..only sparkling eyes and spectacular smiles :)

One thing I've realized. - it's good to plan but after planning just let go. You execute it and accept whatever comes your way. And the best will happen once you are relaxed.

The knowledge sheet that came out in this follow up from the ever so magical book "Celebrating Silence" was "Desires"

It was the same page which Saleel Bhaiya had explained to us beautifully in a  follow up. The way he explains things no one else can! I'd written a post on it earlier which you can find here.
