Ramblings

So PEEPLI Live's made it to the Oscars under Best Foreign Film Category. Saw this movie within the first few days ( which is an achievement for me!). Found it good but not worthwhile to be nominated for an Oscar.I guess the movie's made it owing to Aamir Khan and the hype. Thats it. Its sure not to win! I'm not pessimistic, just being realistic :)

One thing which I've always admired in people is - honesty and straightforwardness. Be natural and face the storm. Not to say be rude or indifferent. be considerate but not diplomatic. Diplomacy is best suited for professional associations. When you bring it into relationships, you are making your relation as a professional commitment! People who beat around the bush or do not stand up to their words are a strict no-no for me. I accept such people and pray for them but please I don't want to be closely associated with them.

One thing I've observed - people like you when you are natural and sooner or later they will start loving you with all shortcomings,if you are what you are. Be skillful , be tactful but not shrewd and mean.

I believe more than your words , your actions speak and your eyes can never lie!

Sometimes the things which hurt you most are the ones you are most thankful for, they test how much deep you've gone in knowledge and give you a chance to dive deep into yourself - yet again! I have always valued my friendships - my entire gang in particular but it twinges to say that now its more about individual friendships than a group. If you feel as a group, you behave like a group. Its like a team play. One of the team player has an issue with someone, the others would try and settle it as team performance will suffer. But alas! there are some who don't want to put their hands in fire lest the may get burned. Obviously, one can't drag them into it, entirely their choice.

For a while it hurts and then when you just let go, ALL IZZ well :)

Have started listening to Patanjali Yogasutras. It has around 10 CDs - each CD lasting for approximately 2 hours.

Just completed with2  CDS but the knowledge is so profound and yet told in such an easily digestable manner.

Patanjali knew so well about the Human Mind and the thesis he's done stands good , for one and all. A must watch series!
